In May 2018, Silaco participated in one of the largest international natural stone fairs, “Coverings – The Global Tile & Stone Experience”, held in Atlanta, United States, with exhibitors from more than 40 countries.

This fair has been the reference for all North American companies in the ceramic tile and natural stone industry for over 30 years. Every year, it attracts all types of entrepreneurs looking to boost their businesses and visitors seeking to discover the latest trends in this industrial sector. The event also showcases thousands of stunning products linked to creativity, design, and functionality, aimed at the global market.

Gravels and decorative pebbles are highly popular among North American clients, particularly schist, an ancient and much sought-after product. This participation was certainly an excellent opportunity to showcase various Portuguese products to a broad audience.

In this regard, Silaco’s presence at Coverings was essential to reinforce its internationalization.
